What's The Story

Joshua Franklin (@razzledazzletattoo) is a Brooklyn-based tattoo artist specializing in bubblegum traditional and American traditional tattooing. Characterized by bold outlines, vivid colors, and playful imagery, his work puts a contemporary spin on the traditional tattoo art style. In 2026, Josh opened Color Me!, his tattoo studio in Downtown Brooklyn. His artwork celebrating New York City’s iconic orange subway seats is currently on view in the New York Transit Museum’s exhibition Ode to the Orange Seats.
